PENTACON — An international company

In an international connected world, we perceive us as a cosmopolitan company, working with our staff and our partner together on the success of an idea. The compliance with the law and the respect for fundamental values are a part of PENTACON as is the commitment to international standards. PENTACON pro-actively takes action against any form of discrimination or harassment of color, race, nationality, social or ethnic descent, gender, age, disabilities, sexual orientation, political or religious faith. We respect the individual freedom of speech on the base of the German Grundgesetz and its democratic constitutional order.

Prohibition of child labor

We expect our costumers and suppliers not to employ anyone who has not reached the minimum age according to ILO 138 and strictly comply to the German prohibition of child labor.

Environment protection

Out of a sense of responsibility to following generations, the protection of the environment and the health of our staff, we have undergone a certification according to DIN ISO 14001 and comply to its regulations. PENTACON is always tries to produce resource-friendly with minimal environmental burden. We continuously develop these processes.

Health and safety

PENTACON cares for the health and safety of its employees. We repeatedly train our staff on matters of work safety, risk-aversion of accidents and to minimize occupational diseases.

Data protection

In an increasingly networked word, we are comprehensively protecting the personal data of our partners and our staff. We comply to the law and regulations and handle confidential information with great care. PENTACON  fulfills the principle of data economy as set out in the Federal Data Protection Act.

Prohibition of corruption

PENTACON prevents the wrongful offering, granting, claiming or accepting of advantages toward customers, partners or suppliers. Furthermore, we forbid the offering of privileges for staff members or their relatives, except low-value gifts, giveaways or hospitality at business appointments.

Business partners
